Our highly qualified Support Hero’s will help You in proper configuration and operation our equipment as well as like help to identify potential problems,  reducing outage or failure in service operation.  

Our network lab contains variety of telecommunication equipment starting from 1G/10G traffic generator, WAN emulators, test 200km fiber cable route, fiber spectrum analysers etc. With that we can quickly reproduce customer scenario to quickly identify issues and recommend configuration changes.

Hardware RMA

In case of hardware failure please fill in the RMA form and send a scanned document via email serwis@fibrain.pl. After our confirmation you can pack and send the hardware (complete set, in original package or in a package that guarantees safe transport) to this address:
